My role is to provide you with support as we work together to dig up the root causes of your symptoms and apply personalised and gradual changes to your diet and lifestyle so that you can accomplish ALL your health and wellness goals. 

As a working mother of four busy children, I know life can be hectic and making changes can be overwhelming. My services can help you gain knowledge about improving your lifestyle and eating habits and gradually make changes to improve your overall health.

My services include:

  • Nutritional assessments to determine the root cause of symptoms
  • Meal planning and shopping lists
  • Whole-food recipes for healthier eating
  • Grocery store support with understanding nutrition labels and choices
  • Consultations in person, by phone or via skype/zoom
  • Email and text support for check-ins, questions, concerns or updates


Nutritional Assessment $120

  • 90 minute consultation in person, by phone or via skype/zoom
  • Discuss assessment forms and address specific issues
  • Overview of dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations
  • 7-day meal plan with recipes and shopping list
  • One follow up assessment to address any concerns
  • Email and text support for check-ins, questions, and concerns


Additional Follow Up Assessments $45

  • 45 minutes in person, by phone or via skype/zoom
  • Discuss what is working well for you and what needs to be modified


Nutritional Grocery Store Tours $50

  • 1 hour tour at grocery store of your choice (Hamilton area)
  • Overview of reading nutrition labels and making healthier choices
  • Take home information sheets including 2 recipes
  • Discount for group bookings


7-day customizable meal plans $50

  • 7 days of healthy meals including recipes and shopping list


6 Month Lifestyle Program $600 ($800 value)

  • Initial assessment to review forms and address specific issues
  • Overview of dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations
  • Two 7 day meal plans per month
  • Email and text support for check-ins, questions, and concerns
  • Monthly meeting in person, by phone or video to address any concerns
  • After 3 months, we will review related to progress.
